The room with a sparkling bathroom. As for me, the location was convenient, really close to the lovely Conservatory, and the ferry.

The weather was very good, had extra special stay during our holiday in Cornwall. The personnel was extremely friendly, and the host too. In general the room was well presented with a sparkling bathroom, and We really enjoyed it. Unbeatable and convenient location to attractions like War Memorial, that was minutes from the hotel.

Our stay at Seven Bed And Breakfast in St Agnes, Cornwall was wonderful. The room came equipped with central heating, an iron, and tea/coffee making facilities.- We enjoyed the bonus of a garden view from our room.- The bed and breakfast's central location was convenient for accessing a local beach.

The double room we had was super cozy with a really comfy bed, and they even had a wake-up service available in the room. We absolutely loved staying here and felt well taken care of. 😊

The queen room had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an iron, facilities worked for us. We were in an absolutely perfect and comfortable location next to the conservatory which overlooks the rear garden, local restaurants and pubs and lovingly designed garden.

This hotel offers great value for money with its attention to detail and personal touch. The location is perfect, being just a short distance from the nearest beach, and the spacious conservatory provides a lovely view of the rear garden. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-appointed, with a very comfy bed and good bathroom facilities including a sparkling bathroom. The breakfast, featuring homemade bread to toast, is a delicious start to the day.

Rain & more special night caps would have been nice.

We had a really nice stay during our holiday in Cornwall. The location is great, especially if you want to stay not far from restaurants and pubs. It is in a really quiet area. The restaurant serves very pleasant homemade food.

During my recent stay at Seven Bed And Breakfast, Rachel made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was immaculately clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Rachel's homemade fudge and cakes were a delightful surprise in my room. The breakfasts were delicious, cooked to perfection and served in the beautiful conservatory. The location of the property was ideal for me to join my family in Perranporth. I highly recommend this B&B for its warm hospitality, cleanliness, and great value for money.
